this is what i dont get , next patch this problems going to sky rocket, im not talking about get worse im talking about almost to the point of insaninty, with so many ppl running hc´s for the daily and daily hc added to which the genral hc runs for the conquest badges to gear up alts and such like the cues are going to be massive.

its bad even on my server , 20 min cue to get into hyjal at 3am on a med population server is just plain not funny.

Well, what did you expect? First time they posted about it, was around early febuary, and at that point they where talking about "short term solution" with regards to the instancelimit. That was repeated recently, still refferring to it as "a short time".

Now they talk about "complicated and delicate" and "extensive testing"..... That sounds like at least another half year or so?

No wonder so many people have left over this...

I have sent a message about this dozens of times to a GM. All I get in return is the standard reply.

It's plain and simple: Blizzard has zero respect for us, the paying customers. Zero.

My subscription ends 13 September and there's no way I will renew it. No way.

I will find an online game where the company does respect paying customers and caters to their needs.

That means not new patches all the time but making sure the foundations of the game work.

Same... ive had it with this, its not like i dont spend enough time grinding on this game as it is.. now i have to waste time trying to get into instances too..

Well maybe it isnt all bad.. this is just what will tip the scale and make me quit, uninstall wow and burn the CD's..

Tbh when i pay MONTHLY to enjo something i expect it to work.. i wont keep spending my money on a broken toy.

They've been working on the problem for how long now? How much information have they given? Zero. Zilch. Blizzard are known for taking the easy way out, so expect just caps for the foreseeable future.

It's not about the amount of money we pay. Regardless if WoW would cost only 1 euro montly it would still be a service we pay for and thus we have the right to expect it to work.

The sad truth is that Blizz have failed in fixing this problem within a reasonable timeframe and what I find even more alarming is that Blizz is also failing in keeping us (the paying customers) up to date in this situation. Maybe some Blue poster could take a minute to let us know what's going on and when we can expect things to work again? Oh right, informing us about this would actually mean that they care.

So no, Blizz doesn't really care about us, as long as the money keeps coming in they can just keep on ignoring us.

And yes, I agree that the one(s) responsible for this situation should lose his job.

I am seriously thinking of withdrawing my subcription because i can't play, sure there is ulduar to raid and daillies, but inbetween patches there is a HUGE lack of content, which makes us do Old world instances

1 for the fun of it
2 for rep
3 for mounts
4 helping a friend through
5 while leveling a character (FOR PETES SAKE)

So just fix it, its been around on and off since the start of wotlk and still no solution

People who can't play the game won't pay for it.

I understand this to mean that Warcraft as a game is unplayable at the moment. After a break of a couple of months, I reactivated my account only to find that an instance cannot be entered.

Come up with a solution or quit whining.

What really gets me going is a bunch off whiny people going QQ-I-am-not-renewing-my-subscription over the instance issue while they have absolutely NO RELEVANT INFORMATION WHATSOEVER about the workings on the system and the resources and work needed to complete the task.

If you think you can do better than Blizzard, DO IT, or at least enlighten THEM on how to do it.

If not, QUIT COMPLAINING.

And quit taking things for granted.

Sheesh.

Nobody is forcing you to play this game in the first place, you can quit anytime you like.

About time we saw some progress - and I'm not going to get all happy clappy about the fact that Blizz have deigned to start addressing the issue.

What on earth are you on about here? Are you for real?

Please explain why it would be the players that pay for playing that should suggest solutions?

Or please explain why it would be a good thing to keep quiet about it?

Just because I am in no position to fix the problem doesnt mean I cant post about it here does it? Afterall I was a paying customer untill recently at least. (Wifes account, she hasnt quit....yet...)

It is working. It currently has some problems, but it's not like the game is down 24/7 or like anyone is getting ripped off here.

And, it has been created by humans. It IS beyond the realms of possibility to expect anything made by humans that it should work with 100% efficiency.

Also, I was taking a stab at people who go all "Blizz dont care for us", while it's obvious that they do care and that they're working on a solution.
