I'm not sure, never happened to me. I thought it may have been something like the green number appearing above the guy, but that could have been the Floating Combat Text.

No, really. This will make it appear your enemy is gaining HP, when in fact his total HP pool decreased upon Vindication becoming active, thus his actual HP appears to increase. His actual HP remains the same, but the % of the total HP is now greater since his total HP pool is smaller...

It only seems like that if you're using % or aren't watching the numbers, because if you're watching the XXX/YYY then the XXX won't change but YYY will.

this was starting to anooy me too. although im still not totally convinced (it seemed to happen no matter what my opener was), i will take a closer look at this...
i hope that's all it is.
