We will update these posts continually, with more information about the contests just before they start. So make sure you have a look here for the latest info! (You can of course also come and ask us.)

Prize update
We've been able to capture some Jungle Troll Priests and will bring them as prizes to the winners of the art and leveling contests.

The leveling contests are held on Friday at 18:00, Saturday at 00:00 and 18:00 and Sunday at 02:00.

The player who gets the highest level within an hour wins!


Leveling a character:

• You can not play a rogue


• Only one character can be submitter for each contestant.


• The character must use a specific prefix or suffix for their name. This will be announced when the round starts. (see below)


• The character must be on a realm where you have no characters from before.


• The character can not have more than 1 hour /played. This rule will not be bent by even a second.


• We will check the characters before announcing the winner, so do not delete the character.

Sumitting the result:

• Contestants have to take a screenshot after the time is up, showing a maximum /played of one hour and the level and XP of the character. For ease of registering the results, please also include the level and XP you attained as text in the e-mail.


• The mail with the screenshot must contain your name and seat at Dreamhack (so we can contact you). Also include your in-game name and realm, so we can announce the winners on the forums :).


• The e-mail with the screenshot must have a subject containing “Leveling contest” and the prefix/suffix we choose for that particular contest.

Send this screenshot to thundgot@blizzard.com. The screenshot must be sent at the latest 1.5 hours after the contest begins.

Submit your screenshot from your own e-mail address to avoid confusion.

Prefix/suffix for round #1: Character name must start with "YZA"
Prefix/suffix for round #2: Character name must end with "FET"
Prefix/suffix for round #3: Character name must start with "CAL"
Prefix/suffix for round #4: Character name must start with "BLZ"


Winners:
Round #1: Xzidez from the guild Frostbite on Shattered Hand! His character got to level 8 and 535 XP.
Round #2: Xzidez on Shattered Hand won again! This time his character got to level 8 and 3612 XP.
Round #3: Xzidez completes an impressive 3 wins in a row, but chose to pass on the prize. (Who can handle more than two Trolls at a time anyway?) Chii from Lightning's Blade was the worthy and happy runner-up.
Round #4: Hypno on the realm Ragnaros won the last round, his character got to level 8 and 3819 XP.

Theme for the Art Contest now revealed!

The art will have to be hand-drawn, and on a paper no greater than A4 format. You have to write your full name, seat at Dreamhack and e-mail address on the back (readable!). Please also include your in-game name and realm.

You won’t get your master piece back after the contest (they are for us to save, we will cuddle and treasure them for eternity).

Theme for the Art Contest:
Theme for this Art Contest is The Burning Crusade! The drawing will have to have something to do with the new features of TBC – for example the new races, jewelcrafting, flying mounts, Arena battles, Outland… You name it!

Beat Ommra in WoW TCG and win a WoW poster and a mouse pad!

Ommra will be available for a game of WoW TCG on Friday between 19-21 and Saturday between 14-16.

The first round has been played! Roronshi from the Shadowmoon realm won best of 3, with 2 won games against Ommra who won 1 game.

The last game on this Dreamhack was won by Ommra, against the very same Xzidez who did a hattrick in the leveling contest :)
