Seems to be bit trickier than Archavon, though not through gearcheck part. While the trash offer some insight, they don't hit nearly hard enough or have enough hitpoints to let their buff stack to threatening levels.

Decent fight, not quite as PUGable as Archavon, yet really easy once you know what to do with the adds.
The adds could have slightly more HP to increase the dmg / focus required of the DPS'ers bringing them down.
Just because you are a character doesn't mean you have character.

Once again, no lore or explanation on this character. Please re-consider this choice and give us fans of the lore a reason or an understanding on why we have to fight him.

Give more space@ boss pls, the room is very small.
Other then that, increase the HP of the adds and their damage while not Overcharged. Make the Lightning Nova one shot. I'm not talking about it doing 30k dmg, i'm talking about it one shotting.

The fight itself needs more damage, there's almost no healing required, unless people group up for CL. Nova isn't lethal - although it isn't all that bad, seeing how his room is very small. You could just buff adds, as it's hard to notice if they're even hitting tanks, or make boss hit harder. The idea is fine, it's just a matter of making bit more happen, so healers don't fall asleep, or you don't 2 heal it in 25.
