Especially because of the new dual Talent specialisation feature coming in Patch 3.1.0, but also because of changes to multiple talents across the classes, we will be resetting Talent points in patch 3.1.0.

I hoped for something like this, the patch have too much changes in key talents, so it's easier for everybody and Blizzard to reset the talents points.

Wow even the blue boys are making stupid typo's:
it is Dual specc, not Duel specc.
It is almost as bad as the rouge/rogue spellers.

But on-topic ->old news for me, anyone could have realised that with so many changes the talents had to be reset. Also, this was already posted on the US forums like 3 days ago.

Well, another patch on the PTR last night, and no patch this morning for the US means minimum another week, more than likely at least two.

BTW, everyone who have played on the PTR OR have looked on the ptr.wowhead.com talents, all should know, that all classes gets Talebt resets
