If they says that carrying on is impossible, then it is :). None of the leaders in rivals lacks spirit or commitment...although i agree that they could have cracked naxx before TBC...which would have been a huge achievement.

Loosing a guild leader and MT in the same few days is a huge blow to any guild, depending on how much the guild relies on its leader and MT can lead to a recovery or it can be a fatal blow.

Its not impossable to keep going but to recruit even more people would basically mean we have almost a totally diff guild than that which we started off with, so why not just give it a new name?:) everyone in the guild is fine with this as we are geared enough for TBC start neways now is the time for a break and to get that "whooah ive missed this *%!!" feeling back :D

Neways weve all pretty much got each other over MSN so the community is still there which is the main reason we all loged on>_<

I have never really knew anyone in Rivals, but you have always been on the realm and been a big part of it, so this kinda suck.

Still remember the "parade" in IF after Rivals got server first at Neffy :)

My time in the guild was pretty short at 1-2 months, but it was fantastic. It was great playing with such a mature and hardworking yet fun group of people and the PvE progress near the end was truly remarkable.

Thanks to the guild (especially pala friends Protoss, Alexhero, Ivanhoe, Lolluna, Daela, Paendrag and Dius (and Liverion who made me feel welcome even though I was a newb (and all the leaders ofc, you guys rock))) for the great memories; Rivals will go down as one of the realms most successful guilds of its time for sure.

sorry for late respons, we will most likely go to ironforge for the event, if you want to pay your final respect to rivals, we will be honored if you show up, we will definately thank you all for being a great community of alliance players, and good luck to you all - whether you continue playing or going back to the real life
