can't seem to find any more info about it? >-< not that ive like spendt time to try to find it,

question is, will this new "talent" apear or :p if some one could send me a link or so i would apprishiate it ^^,

how many male blood elfs does it take to change a light bulb? 2, 1 to get a female to do it, and another to explain that they can't do it cus they can break their neils.

probably removed beause it's too OP. (j/k)
I think they are not going ahead because of the new talent replacing Divine spirit, which lowers PW:S CD to 0, thus allowing you to spam it on people just before an AoE hits rather than once every 4sec. Also it looks like a very hard spell to impliment and/or balance (ie: maly's shields. if ur toon is not ALL inside it, you take 100% of the dmg)

heh ok thanks ^^, barrier was the only thing i was looking forward to though -.-' :p

Power Word: Barrier is still something we would like to do, but since some of the changes in patch 3.1ended up being more extensive than we planned, we decided to fully focus on those changes to make sure they will be working properly and feel right. We really like the idea of Power Word: Barrier though, so it hasn't been abandoned :-)

Thanks Mr Vaneras :D It's nice to know that this spell is still something we can hope for, it did/does seem like a >very< good idea. Hell, even if i have to spec disc just to have this snazzy spell I woulnd't care xD

Even with the PW:S on 0 sec, you are still limited by the general cooldown.

PW:B would be a great tool for predictable AE damage reduction. and maybe if Talents work right, as a way to boost Mana/rage/runepower when the shield gets absorbed.

I still do not see arcane mages take a Hatefull strike on Patchwork so the absorbed damage from the shield will boost their spellpower because they are talented that way.

I have a Hunter and a Priest and every time I see a cool new spell or something blizz change there minds and say we are working on other stuff. Why bother making it and then not using it. This sucks.

There's a talent on the PTR that reduces damage on the whole raid by 3% after you use PW:S for 20secs.

Maybe that's the temporary PW:B.

That and the talent to get no CD on shields I guess.

But seriously I think CMs should participate more in forum discussions, not just post official messages about PTR and such.

Blues used to post much more often when I started visiting these forums, or am I suffering from Old People Syndrome (things were better before)?
