Are the reputation rewards, aswell as the honour rewards, still available to purchase in TBC? If so, will they be lumped with the honour reward items now that reputation has little impact on equipment?

Obviously we have to be level 70 to use them, but can we we buy the level 70 pvp items when we're >70?

Yes that is a very interesting question and i would love to see it answered.
As this issue have made me totaly skip bg's and rep grinding for the time beeing.

Honor System Revamp
Current honor totals have been reset.
Players may display their highest lifetime rank title (accessible from character sheet).

The honor points is reseted and there for you have this

Honor points earned each day may now be spent as a form of currency. Check the PvP tab of your character sheet to see your honor information.

duzil the prices on the things is not that high GM weapons and HW weapons 30k honor and 30 AV marks the rank 12-13 gear cost like 1.5k honor points itnst that high easy to get ;)

Blizzard: Not at this time. We find it to be a viable player-generated approach to BGs. Level requirements of items is likely to prevent the scenario you mentioned. It wasn't really the case in the current setting, so that will likely remain the same.

Im not sure if the above answers my question or not. I remember reading somewhere (i think) that you can only have a max number of arena points, equal to the highest costing item. This stops people from just saving and saving and saving. Does this also apply to honor points? Or can you "horde" ( ;) ) together as many honor points as you like?

What about Honor Tokens won from now till the patch.
Will we loose them or can we save them up to hand in for rewards after the patch?

I have a TBC Beta account, so I just went to OG and Warsong Outriders to check up on the new costs:

I've looked at the current High Warlord weapons. The number in front of the little Horde emblem is the amount of honour needed. I haven't been able to do any PvP yet, so I don't know how much quickly you can accumulate honour (saw a screen somewhere else where 200 ish bonus honour was awarded for winning a game of AB at lvl 60)
The other number is the amount of Marks of Honor needed.
Right now it looks like it's the same marks as we get atm, but that they will stack up to 100 instead of 20.

Then I payed the Outriders a visit:

You can now purchase the faction rewards in the same way as described above. No need for rep anymore.

No no, you're missing the point. Reputation is near to useless come the new reward system.

It means that now, you'll be able to save up the BG marks and use them, in conjunction with your honor, to purchase rewards - so gold isn't used. You don't have to be any reputation with AB/WSG/AV to get these rewards.
