* Divine Spirit – this spell is now a core ability available to all priests.
* Discipline has access to a new talent, Power Word: Barrier. (Think of it as Power Word: Shield for your whole group).
* Several area of effect (AOE) heal spells have been improved: Prayer of Healing can be cast on any groups in your raid party. Holy Nova’s mana cost has been reduced. Circle of Healing now heals for more.
* Shadow priest PvP survivability has been improved: Shadow Form now reduces magic as well as physical damage. Dispersion now removes snares.
* Penance – this spell can now be targeted on the priest.
* Serendipity – this talent now reduces the cast time of Greater Heal and Prayer of Healing when Binding Heal or Flash Heal are cast.
* We are also working to give Holy additional PvP utility.
Looks like our closest friend got some nice buffs.
Let's hope the "cloth love" is still up when they'll come to warlocks...
Reason for Blizz' not publishing 'lock changes yet is that they are so uber that other classes would instantly QQ about them, so they are doing some self censorship.
</optimistic mode>
Hm.
I was hoping we would be in the first batch of classes with their changes disclosed, apparently we are second. Lets hope that it won't take too long.
However, the changes to the Rogue class are not what I was hoping for. I clicked Rogues link first, expecting a "Sap was removed due to massive uberness in PvP", but nothing...
They are probably saving ours for last, not because of all the other classes QQ over them, but because of the up-roar of the Warlock community when their expectations didn't come through!
No doubt the disappointment will be so great that our reaction shall eclipse the sun, cause the dark Portal to collapse into it's self, disrupting Outland's orbit and causing it to spiral into the Twisting Nether!
Beware the wrath of the Warlock community!
Paladin, Druid, Deathknight, Rogue, Warrior, Mage, Priest, Hunter and Shaman can all be the Superman of WoW, as long as Warlock is the kryptonite!

new expansion? :O
"WoW Wrath of the Warlock Community.... in stores now!"
we are currently "hopetemistic" about the upcomming warlock changes...
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
There's no reason to be optimistic.
The developers are probably the same guys that just a few months ago thought it was a good idea to lessen our survivability by nerfing Soul Link to 15% (yes I know it's back 20 now). But just that they even wanted to do this is worrying to say the least. Don't set your hopes too high, anything can happen.

They didn't restore the 5% dps boost it once had tho.
Can I rephrase what you say in something like: [...] must mean they have no idea about what to change at all and they're trying to take time?
nono!
I imagine GC has so many warlock buffs that they do the minor changes first, and then leave the warlock changes for main-course, if you catch my drift.
Q u o t e: Now someone tells me what's the point in this.
Imba change that is.
The points are:
1) a damage nerf
2) all mages can now go arcane and ##!*#*%%%%!!%@@! the meters whilst we provide their unique debuff.
edit: and also no more soul drain because the shadow bolt talent would fall off, so bye bye high affliction dps on long fights (the only place affliction shines in combination with a 1 hour cooldown)

is because of whiners like you i sometimes want they nerf warlock even more,
what is your problem? like aff dps is so high just because DS and doomguard.
i'm for once happy with those changes and waiting for more details on new talents.
