To address faction imbalance issues on PvP realm Magtheridon, Free Character Migration is available for (only) Alliance players from a number of PvE realms. The migration will be available from January 14th to 20th.
Alliance from the following PvE realms may move to Magtheridon for free:
Aszune
Emerald Dream
Runetotem
Shadowsong
Silvermoon
Additional PvE realms may have the same opportunity later should we feel more Alliance players are needed on Magtheridon.
In the event that we meet our transfer goals before the scheduled end date, transfers may be disabled without prior notice. No additional characters will be eligible for these free moves once the transfers have been closed.

I paid a hefty transfer fee, to move from Grim Batol to Magtheridon.
The ONLY reason I moved to Magtheridon was because I wanted to join a server where Horde Greatly outnumbered Alliance.
Who asked you to "balance" this server?
How do you know people even WANT it to be balanced?
I do not wish it balanced.

Imagine if you buy a shirt because you like it's color, green.
And the next day, you discover that due to the manufacturers decision your shirt now has turned the color yellow, which you hate.
This is not what I paid for. I paid to get to the horde-dominated server Magtheridon was.
good idea but it seems a lot of people won't migrate as there will still be way more horde meaning the ally who migrate will just suffer unless a lot of people leave their servers.

We should probably add a quick disclaimer already now: like all other free migration, this will not be done by request, so people... don't even bother asking. ;)

We have every intention of making sure the end result is an acceptable faction balance. Of course, some will need to make the first step - we can't force people onto the realm - and then others should hopefully follow. :)

Ide serously consider adding bronzebeard to this, current ratio is 18.8k alliance to 3k horde
Its almost impossible to from rading guilds and even form pug 5 mans
