I remember when you spam-clicked a Death Knight hero in WC3 he would eventually get pissed and say "Has hell frozen over yet?" But does such a place really exist in the Warcraft Universe? Haven't heard anything about it tbh.

Well, the closest thing to hell is the twisting nether, it's where demons come from after all, and its very nature is maddening to creatures not native to it, but there's no "Evil, palaces for demonic nobility, lakes of screaming souls"-kind of hell in the lore, no heaven of any sort either BTW so we're on our own, closest thing to hell in the classical sense would be Gnomeregan TBH :P

Well, I think the mention of Hell when the characters curse, is because the audience will understand it better, not because it actually exists in Warcraft. "I hope you burn in Hell" sounds much better than "I hope you burn in the Twisting Nether".
En su nombre he maldecido a todos y todo lo que una vez amé, y sigo sin sentir remordimientos. Ni vergüenza. Ni piedad.

[Icecrown quest SPOILER]
Hmm there is a quest of a plague infected paladin in Icecrown. In the end A'dal saves his soul and tells you that the paladin is on his way to Paradise.
