Level from 1 to 80 without ever being in a group and/or raid.
Reward: Title "Lone Wolf"

"Dedicated"
Choose a spec and stick with it for at least 10 days /played.
Reward: Title "the Dedicated"

Instead of asking insanely stupid questions on /1 or /2, you alt+tab and use google/wowhead instead.

You have a level 80 character of each class.
Reward: Title and Colors of the Seasoned (read: cool tabard)

"Honorable"
You have not killed a member of the opposite faction, within your level range, outside a battleground or capital city, with less than 95% health and mana, unless in self defence.
