When it comes to zone design/instance design I would give the same score.
When it comes to questing i would give the same score cause they are soo diverse and fun.
When it comes to endgame PvE content i would give it a much lover score cause of the lack of challenge and therefore lastability. Who want to have all endgame PvE dungeons/raids on instant farmmode once you hit 80... thats not fun.

We aren't talking about other expansion, we are talking about WotLK. Not what may come in other expansions.

What ever is released in further patches are a part of WotLK, just like BT is a part of TBC.

The content currently in the game is the endgame until blizzard release some other stuff.
