First: I love your changes, but i also have some considerations.

Unrelenting Storm – reduced from 5 points to 3 points. Bonus is 4/8/12% of your Intellect returned as mana.
Elemental Warding – now reduces all damage (not just Nature, Fire and Frost) taken by 2/4/6%
Elemental Shields – this talent has been removed, since its effects were combined with Elemental Warding.
Storm, Earth and Fire – reduced from 5 points to 3 points, but keeps around the same net benefit. In addition to current effects, also increases Wind Shock range. The damage bonus to Flame Shock has increased to 60% at 3 ranks. Storm, Earth and Fire has been moved up the tree as well.
Shamanism – this is a new 5 point talent in the old Storm, Earth and Fire position. Your Lightning Bolt and Lava Burst gain an additional percentage of your bonus damage. We have not finalized the numbers, but it will probably be something like 10% for Lightning Bolt and 20% for Lava Burst at max ranks.
Elemental Warding:
Great thing. But leave it on 10% (or higher). This would give some pretty PvP survivability. The pushback and sloweffects are nice, but tbh they don't really help and powerfull rogues and warriors hit us to death bye nothing without having real problems to reach us for melee or also to stick at us.
Shamanism:
THAT IS the way to go: But 10% bonusdmg is imho not enough. 10% on bonusdmg is at the end maybe 6-7% on the spell - and thats is still to less comparing to other classes. also according the fact, that lb in the whole lvb gets more and more important the more haste you have, because you fill the lvb cooldown with LBs
20% for lightning is more the number to go. because we are still missing some other nice scaleing talents. as other classes have like straighte %-dmg increase or nice effects on procs or debuffs.
Magma Totem vs. Totem of Wrath
The big plus - also comparing to all other critratedebuff classes - of the totem of wrath is, that the debuff goes to all mobs in range. this makes this debuff especially for AE action great.
but the fact, that magma and wrath are both in the fire totem group, causes some problems.
during AE action the spellpower and critdebuff are missed then because you place now magma totem.
and even for bosses or normal trash: if the dps that comes from the magma totem is bigger than the dps buff from the warth totem to the group, skilling the warthtotem is unnecessary and wasted.
if the warth totem is in any way better than the ae totem - maybe even in bombing action- why should we ever place it in raid? so your whole ele AE dmg buff is for nothing, or at least nothing for raids and only for the 5person dungeons.
So please move the Totem to earth group. this would also give the ele shami the possibility to allways place all 4 totems and not only 3 or 4 when tremor is needed. in the fire group it really makes no sense, especially when you look at the fact, that one of the 2 mainthings that makes the ele different can't be used at the same time.
Cooldown scaling:
Ele shami rotation is quite complex, because we have to adjust every bigger hastestep our rotation and your beloved lavaburst gets less and less import. thats all because off the fact, that we have to put spells in this 8sec cooldown of lvb.
if you would reduce the cooldown time according to hasterating we could stay on our rotation and the scaling would also be constant and not sink because of less influence of lavaburst.
check at this point also the rotation discussion tree on elitistjerk forums. we made there some nice calculations about rotation changes and scaling with haste
