To the degree possible I've cross-linked TankSpot, Evil Empire, and the WoW-US and WoW-EU forums. As a general rule, the WoW-US forums will be the quickest to access, whereas TankSpot will have more functional item links and better formatting. Choose accordingly.

Just had a quick look over these guides, may I ask though do these guides also work for patch 2.3? because I tend to think that somethings might have been changed due to either buffs or nerfs to classes.
But overall I like the guides, so great for compiling them Shortypants.

I'll pass on all your thanks to Cider - I was merely lucky enough to fall over his "Fortifications" guide on the US forums, which lead me to tankspot and as he cannot post on the EU forums he asked me to post on his behalf.
As far as 2.3, changes, the tankspot guides are all updated for the new patches, not sure about the other ones.
