Theres a difference between a general class FAQ and a creation FAQ, and people are still asking questions covered in this, so I guess this needs to stay bumped.

This is realy nice to know.. i just hope that it wont lagg like hell at the DK start place.. but i have a question.. when the death knight is maked can i then take it over to another server?.. ore can it only be on the server i was making it?

you can move it.. but i have another question... what iuf i make a DK on a server and nremoves my highest lvl.. if we say i have a lvl 70.. lvl 50... lvl 25 oerw something like that.. and i move my lvl 70 to another server.. can i then make a new DK on that server my lvl 70 is on?
you should be able to make a death knight on the server you transfer your only character over level 55 onto, yes.
