Since it has been announced, s4 ends the 14th october, is the personal rating needed for items being lowered, as s3 was when s4 came?
If so, how much?

I know the teams / personal rating aren't getting reset to 1500, they stay at whatever rating you got untill WotLK comes out.

No, nothing is being changed except that s4 officially ends when the patch is released and they send out rewards based on a snapshot they take of the ladders before taking servers down for maintanannce.

S4 does not 'end'. Prices of S3 and S4 pieces will stay the same after mounts and titles have been distributed.

Atleast, that's what we know.

Rat Req remains, titles are 'saved'. So get as high as you can, wait 2 weeks, then you're free to do whatever you want with teams without regarding titles.

Please, can you be more specific. S4 rating requirements will remain the same or will be lowered? And what about S3 rating requirements?

What about that hidden Personal Rating you were talking? Will it come with 3.0 or it will come at lvl 80?
