They’re part of a new service that lets you download content related to your favorite Blizzard Entertainment games to supported mobile phones. Over 50 pieces of content are currently available, including ringtones of World of Warcraft’s capital city themes and the distinctive murloc gurgle, as well as wallpapers featuring character artwork, class and faction emblems, and more. not to be rude but it seems you're milking the warcraft franchise for all that it's worth (that's assuming these cost money ofc) which well i cant really blame you for considering they are trying to run a business here

I'm sure if people wanted the murloc sound or what-not they would have already downloaded it to their phones from their computer?

well.. just my 2 cents

Just checked it out and a ringtone will cost you ~2 euro.

Yes i think its abit over the top with milking the product, but then again. Its not really big money we talk about. And you wont get any advantage over anyone (RAF) or anything like that. So i think its a fine idea.

Its just good business tbh, Mobiles rule so much of our life, you can get ringtones and wallpapers for everything else why not WOW

SUGGESTION: Ive seen Adventure Quest sometimes are unabvailable for players untill enough donations have been made, you could use the same in WoW...

No serious im tired of Blizzard bull##%*...
Great!!! so now I can pay money to buy sound and pictures of something I allready paying for each month...
Why don't Blizzard spend their time on doing something about the massive amount of dead realms, YES I do realise I can Pay a migration.
Blizzard If you think this is some kind of smart marketing YOUR WRONG... A company should worry about 3 things, Getting more customers(Yeah i can see you are doing that by lamest mean neccersary), getting more money from current customers(Migration and bull##%* you got that one right aswell) and finaly the most important KEEPING THEIR CUSTOMERS, Putting thousands of players in the choice between: migrating, get bored to death or leave the game is pehaps the most stupid way of doing business I EVER seen. Make solutions that make people willing to keep playing instead of letting us pay for some useless crap which I could get equals with Screen shots and using the damn game sound files......

I will be safe, aslong they dont implant friendly fire
