About the Paid Character Transfer

This is the information that i have comed over from speaking with the Blizzard Billing Support three times this afternoon.

They DO have a problem with the PCT, this they have failed to announce thinking the service were running as intended.

Do NOT try to repeat PCT if you receive the "Character Transfer Failed" wait for further notice from Blizzard regarding the problem and when it´s fixed.

Do NOT update the page if you receive error or transfer failure in the final step, you will be charged for the 19.99 euros for every atempt you make.

You WILL get your money back from the failed attempts to move your character but incase you dont want to empty your bank account on something that wont work, stop hammering the transfer page.

Thats what i´ve comed over, i will receive e-mail from Blizzard when the problem is fixed, today i hope... Ill get back to you about that.

I have had the same problems and fear now my bank account will be empty because I have tryed loads of times, I can't even submit a webform to the accountandbilling people. When and how will they refund ???

Yeah everything is borked.

tbh, I've had enough. If my chars are not transferred tomorrow, I'm cancelling my subscription until PCT is sorted. Renewal comes up on the 13th and I don't intend to pay for having chars locked indefinitely.

The worst thing is that phonelines are busy, and webform is unavalivable

So what can you do? nothing, just sit around and wait for you're money :/

Atleast blizzard could give us abit of information about it, and maybe close the PTC so ppl won't continue to do it :(

Problem is, webform doesn't work, atleast not for me, if it works for someone, please tell me :)

Well... I managed to send something through the webmail... at least it said it was successful. But I doubt I will get any answer as I see how many issues occured. :(
Anyway, the BillingSupport says, each case is different and can't be discussed on forums. But as I see and read many more has the same issue (not working PCT and more charging and can't contact to the Billing Support via phone or webform).
I don't need the instant solution, I know that the good work takes time, and if I want reliable service I can wait. But, I hate that we are underinformed, so, please, give us some feedback, some ETA, when it will be resolved, and you will have more satisfied customers.

About the refund. The money that is withdrawn from your account enter a middlehand where Blizzard has to confirm the payment before they actually gets it. Therefor you will probably see something like

Pending Transaction 19.99 euro on your bank account.

When Blizzard goes through theese transactions they will see that "you" did not get the service you paid for or that you paid for it several times.

This is when Blizzard does not confirm the transaction and by that the money returns to your account...

Dunno what timeframe we´re talking about but probably 1-3 bankdays...

I am now getting a new error-message when trying to transfer. This happens when I press the 'Check Status' button at my character.

My guess is, they are working on their databases etc. so a few random errors here and there and BAM! its working :P
