We recently announced that Children’s Week was scratched and we were very sorry to see so many sad pandas. So here is some good news to cheer you up.

Children’s week is still planned to occur this year!

We changed the dates somewhat, but you will have the chance to help out those wee ones this year. ETA: soon.

Just one question: if you did the quest last year, will you be able to get another pet?

This is what I need to know.

Mr Wiggles and Speedy would clearly be the win.

The real reason Childrens Week has been delayed is because there hasn't actually been any real *war* so far in World of 'War'-craft. You can blame the chronic neglect of real faction vs faction PvP, they had no other reason to split the players into Alliance - Horde in early development but abandoned content along those lines thanks to malign influences like Tigole and Furor.

No war = no orphans = no Childrens Week. All the orphans grew up and got jobs in the politically correct army of Thrall's united Horde that only ever mobilises against NPC scripts. When's the last time the Scourge came to the forum and complained about balance?

I'll be keeping the [Tin Foil Hat], you can have the Cynic of the Day Award :)

I was unaware that the time it took for a six-year-old to grow up was one year.

How is it that thousands of basilisks are running around without brains while Edwin Van Cleef has four spare heads tucked away somewhere?

that could be possible, it was said its disabled until 2.1.0 meaning they could have added new additions with the patch for childrens week

There are indeed in the patch new models for baby creatures.
I won't spoil it by saying which ones though.
