What are the rules of migration then? Atm im on TVC (RPPVP) Could I transfer to just a PvP server or am i stuck with Rp :\? (List of server type's I could go to will be appriciated :) )

yes you can transfer to a pvp server if you are currently on a RP-PvP server. its only the PvP/PvE server rules that matter and normal RP servers counts as a PvE server
its more like this
PvP -> PvP, RP-PvP, PvE, RP
RP-PvP -> PvP, RP-PvP, PvE, RP
RP -> PvE, RP
PvE -> PvE, RP
tho ofc if you got a char on a PvP/RP-PvP server and you want to transfer to a PvE/RP server, there is no turning back ever again

Why Blizzard? Why? Vek'nilash was peaceful ever before you started putting up migrations on the server,if it gets queues i'll be ranting right here for you taking away my ability to play.
Vek'nilash's population was medium and that's fine enough.
