The vendors on the Boats and Zeppelins throughout Azeroth have run out stock and shut up shop, they are no longer able to service you with their wares.

my bet is they were doing so good in their business the other shopkeepers lobby'd them out quickly.
but really this sucks, they were the most excellent idea since giving ProM a bell sound.
a quick repair while waiting for the trip to start and empty bags when stepping ashore again rules.

Aww crap, I found those vendors very useful while leveling up this rogue, its great to be able to restock food and vendor the crap from your bags when moving from quest zone to another. Shame really.

I would guess a problem may occurr if you are buying or selling items / repairing when the boat zones, the state of the characters may not be preserved correctly when zoning. e.g you might choose to buy something, the gold is taken but you zone and don't get item, etc.
Possibly a fix would to give them a limited time frame to sell stuff, and a minute before zoning or when the boat leaves the dock they stop selling stuff to ensure there are no state problems.

Could we get alittle information as to why this was done? It was an excellent idea, one I utterly applauded. Including the introduction of NPC's on ships in general.
