Due to first the 2.3 patch and now the start of Arena Season 3, the World of Warcraft realms are experiencing increased activity especially at peak playing hours. On a few realms this has resulted in (extended) queues, delaying players' entry to the particular realms.
Be assured that we're closely monitoring these queues and the population trend on all realms. However, due to the feedback we've seen from players in the past, we do not wish to take any knee jerk reaction on what may very well be a temporary issue. Should the queues persist we will come back to you on the issue.

Does this mean we shouldn’t be expecting a free migration any time soon despite you mentioned something about (free migration @ end of s2 + @ start of s3) > (free migration @ start of s3)?
Proves one thing though and proves to many people that wow is not dying and wow is not loosing lots and lots of players if a number of servers are having queues again
Wy not turn off the PCT to Outland. When the queues go down, turn it back on. At the moment, there are people migrating every day, it's just getting worse and worse.
