Its a combination of 2 addons. the bar itself is ecasting bar http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-2533-1-ecastingbar.html and the flight path time addon is called http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-883-1-flightmap.html

this addon also makes sure i always have 20 flash powder on me at all times, when i click on an npc that sells rogue stuff it buys more for me.

I also have http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info5255-FuBar_PoisonFu.html which allows me to apply poisons to my weapons without have to mess about with my bags.

Its not titan bar its a replacement called FuBar much more memory efficient and has better configuration options.

Using this for Fraps. No UI in the way just cut the topframe and the movies looks nice.

Looks like my type of UI. But I would scale down my party frames, and get a buff/debuff mod :)
