Okay... first of all, this is my brothers account. I bought my game today and I want to play, I've been waiting for around 8 freaking hours... This is really bad first impression for a online game, and maybe you could give some more information on the main webpage, It took me 3 hours to find this forum and this thread..

Can you explain in more detail what you mean by 'Unavailable'? Did you take them down? Is something broken on one of the pages? Can you give use temp pages such as the page to credit our accounts?

I've been waiting for around 8 hours now and it's getting out of hand.

You've had several enquirements about the ETA on this thread, do you ever read your own forums? Dont you care? Does it really take so much effort to let us know what is going on?

tbh what good is a blizz ETA example * the eta is 4 hours from now* time server back up... *16 hours after eta time*

I'm really not one to moan at Blizzard, but this problem could at least do with a status update. My wife would really like to start an account, but this has been gong on all day with no resolution (seemingly) in sight.

Is there any light at the end of the tunnel?

My Thoughts exactly, I REALLY dont understand how ON EARTH you can have a page such as this one down for FREAKIN 16 HOURS ++++

Guess its just my bad luck, taking the day off work, with the intent to spend it with my new account..
I've been sitting here all day like a complete idiot.. I have to admit I am almost loosing my temper here!

we allready know this ,tell us when its over and why its taking so long
cause maybe it will take 2 weeks you know ,then i know if i can do something else
wasting my time now sitting and waiting thinking this wont take long.. over 15 hours now
why dont u just say we @@#!ed up this might take longer then normaly:S
then i would not buy a pre-paid card

As a paying customer i have to admit this is poor treatment, what if (god forbid) some of us actually have jobs that prevent us from calling that precious call center of yours?
Ive been trying to transfer my character for a while now and since your so understanding to us working customers i dont even have a hotline i can call to make this happen.
Im not joking when i say i want compensation for this cause this is NOT what im paying for.
Im paying to enjoy the game and if you cant provide that service then maybe you should start thinking how you can make your customers satisfied.
Also my mage has been 70 for a while now at least fix the avatar (tried changing chars several times but to no prevail)

i expect to see this service up running smoothly tomorrow together with at least a blue post with a proper excuse and a compensation wouldnt be out of order in this case either
