Due to a technical issue and subsequent loss of electricity at our European support site, we are experiencing delays to the provision of support to our European players.

Our Technical and Billing Support teams cannot be contacted by phone, and will be unable to respond to email and webform queries until the problem is resolved.

Our In-Game Support team is receiving assistance from other Blizzard offices but their responses to in-game tickets will be delayed. It would assist our international teams if players could submit their tickets in English.

We hope to have these issues resolved as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

23:00 CEST: The technical issues resulting in a loss of customer support services have been resolved. Normal service should be restored over the next several hours. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

I believe thats a 1 stroke penalty, ball is to be played from the edge of the hazard.

Ignorance isnt a crime. But its not a defence either.

I thought it could be dropped anywhere on the line between the spot the ball was last played and the point it entered the hazard.

I'm sure Warcraft Lore will be re-written as needed, it usually is.

Good luck with the upcoming deluge of complaints. You'll need it. Times like these I certainly do not envy Customer Support.

French engineering anyone? I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often, some of their "technology" is on the somewhat archaic side... on the bright side, it gives more time to enjoy their excellent cuisine :)

Considering current evens in France, that would make sense.
