This forum is used by the Web Team in order to gather information about out-dated information, mistakes (typos, incorrect information, etc) on the website. While we do not answer frequently, we do check this forum regularly to see what needs to be worked on and to pass along information to the appropriate teams. In order to help us resolve the issues reported in this forum, please use the following guidelines:

Put one of the following tags in your thread’s subject so we will know who to direct your issue to:

FORUM for issues specific to the World of Warcraft European Forums. Examples are: Characters on forums not appearing, unable to access the forums, character information not updating after several days. Note that if you are having accessibility issues, the more information you can provide about your firewall settings, browser settings, etc will be useful in determining exactly where the error is occurring and how to correct it.

WEBFORM for issues with the Community, Technical, or Billing webforms. Examples are: Out of date realm lists, problems with the submission method.

ACM for issues with Account Management, Creation, or Upgrade. Examples are: Missing images, incorrect information, typos, incorrect links.

MIG for issues with the Paid Character Transfer or Free Character Migration. (Please note, however, that the Web Team cannot help you with payment or transferring the character. We can only help if there is a web-specific problem, such as pages not loading, broken links or images, etc).

ARMORY for issues with the Armory site.

WEB for other issues with the website. When reporting issues with the website, please remember to include a link to the page where you found the problem and specifics on what the problem is. Telling us that there is a typo on the Arathi Basin page doesn’t narrow it down much considering that there are four Arathi Basin pages per language. J If you find errors on the French, German, or Spanish websites, the best place to report them is in those language’s Localization forums.

In addition, all posts with "FFS FIX BLIZZ" or similar will be removed. This includes abuse, unconstructive criticism, and pointless posts, regardless of whom they are directed at.

Response Times
This forum is moderated from Monday to Friday, during normal working hours for France. Posts will not be responded to out of hours, nor on weekends or public holidays.

Account Management Issues
If the Account Management pages are unavailable, please check for threads which already report this issue in the last 24 hours. If there are none, please make a new thread.
