In TBC there are alot of recipies that are Bind on Pickup and drops from a fixed location. There's already an excellent alchemy sticky about this, but I thought that all professions might need something like this. So I would like everyone who can confirm the drop location of a recipe to post here, especially on the ones that don't have a drop location. If you have got a recipe from another mob than stated here please post it too.

by the way, the comments at wowhead for the ragesteel gloves lead me to a question; has anyone ever had a bop recipe drop for a profession they didn't have?

You don't any more, if a BoP recipy drops, only those with that tradeskill can roll on it.

Highlander did faction recipes, I did vendor non faction and TBC BoP drops, so only pre-TBC BoP drops and world drops left :p

But there are so few pre-TBC BoP drops, perhaps I'll add them to this later some time. And I can see the world drop thread.. First recipe fills 5 pages of thottbot info on drop rate from which mobs :p

Though there ARE some BoE recipies that are mob specific, but most of them are pre-TBC.
