Any chance you could stick the PHP source code on the bottom of the calculator (either inline or as a link)? I'd like to see how you're calculating, and perhaps the community can help spot any mistakes!
The calculator seems to be bugged when it comes to the Shadow Master talent. It doesn't show up in the settings array on the results page, wether I check it or not on the calculator page.

By that I meant it always says:
[ShadowMastery] => 0
Even if you ticked the talent.
