When i try to login to Test Realm. It say
"There is no World of Warcraft game account associated with this Battle.net account."
Why is that?

The PTR database is several months old, at the time the login information for the PTR was copied you weren't using battle.net yet.
If you would like to login simply try previous login details :)

well the funny thing is I have used it for a time now so I dont know what the problem is stil :S

The problem is probably as explained, that the database being used for the PTR accounts is not as up to date as the one you access when you currently log into the game. This means that essentially you will probably be unable to log into the PTR for the remainder of this testing phase.
