As of November 12th you will need to log in (game, forums, etc) with your Battle.net account instead of your WoW account. Did you take care of merging your WoW account to your Battle.net account yet?

Already done it, I don't see why not.

I wanted the little pet, but I only signed up a week or two ago so it's no biggie for me.

I did it as soon as the message showed up, because I know myself all too well and I would have kept delaying it till it was too late :P ( like with all things haha, I'm just a slobby person )

Merged mine around 3 months ago. Didn't even know we would get a pet. Nice surprise, though.
Tech: We are aware of the problem with the server. Basically, the Whatchamacallit fizzled the Doohickey which in turn frazzled the Thingamabob. We aren’t sure where to start but we are working on it.

Beta-op ins are for future beta testing, which will require you to have a bnet account. Which is now forced on you after 11th nov.

Nope. Putting it off until the last minute. A couple of guildies have been having problems with d/cs since the switch, which does not inspire confidence.

Done it some months back allready when it became available.
Never had any issues since I merged. Just made it easier to log in on 2 accounts :D

Merged when i bound the authenticator app to my account. The pet came as a surprise.
