Imagine an alliance raid or two summoning their members to Undercity's doorstep. They should maybe set up a portal thing or a temporary stone for the festival, but I don't really see the need. If people cba to travel abit, they don't deserve the loot.

What a Long, Strange (and forum flame-filling) Trip this will be if this - the only real RNG dependant achievement - makes a lot of people not get their violet protodrake.

Now, with the broom having "Requires Hallow's End" instead of having a duration, how come it isn't unique? I got one today, but I could still roll when another one dropped...
