I am satisfied with what 3.3 adds, all additions so far are documented in various sites.
But the main highlight is of course the new 5-man mega-dungeon and the new 12-boss raid.
Other then that... new emblem types and hopefully new emblem mechanics, again.
Also they're changing a lot of skills and talents for some classes, again. Most are for the best afaik.
For a content patch it is .. sufficient. I would go as far as to say it's more then some other mmos offer in an expansion.

There is plenty for a "patch" its not like its an expansion, and its opening up the final battle of WoTLK, its amazing how people can look at anything in a bad light. Its the WoW mentality. Im suprised the age old "im paying my monthly fee so i demand more" argument wasn't used.

The gaping hole in patch 3.3's revealed content (and 3.2 and 3.1 too) is anything concerning Northrend's native races. The Nerubians, the Vrykul, the Oracles, the Taunka, what they might be doing now all interest me far more than Jaina and Sylvanas BAWWing over Arthas. Especially the Tuskarr. Their goddess told me they must fight alongside the Horde and the Alliance against the Lich King or their souls will be destroyed. If Blizzard ends up concluding that by saying "Well, yeah, they helped by selling you fish while you were learning to joust. That totally counts." it's going to be beyond pathetic.
