So , blizzard announces that race change is available and after some hours guess what , here comes the race nerfs . Blizzard is making us to reroll so that they can make some money?
Is that the best you can do ?

You have become so predictable . Its obvious that till 3.3 patch is released you will announce 2-3 more changes for the undead race and some for the human race so that you can "balance" the things with 100% failure again so that ppl will use the race change feature as fast as they can , ending up with a totally unbalanced game ...
If people are dumb enough to do that its not their fault, hell, if i was in blizzards place i would make thrillions, people will pay for anything you throw at them, it sjust that easy.
More likely it had been a change they were considering for a while, but wanted to push it alongside the race change so loads of people wouldn't race change to a Undead for the superior PvP racial, only for them to QQ terribly when Blizz nerfed it out of the blue 2 months after.
World of Wacraft - like pretty much any MMO - is in a state of constant flux. Nothing is ever carved in stone and there is always a chance that the game will change. This game (and the genre itself) have been going long enough for people to have realised this.

Imagine the amazing QQ if this was announced a month or two after all the pvp junkies race changed to undead/human.
I think the only races with even passable racials are humans and UD.
Everything else sucks, really, so it doesn't matter a pinch about racials imo.
