0. Hallow's End Achievement Issue 19/10/2009 05:22:27 PDT

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Hallow's End candy buckets that is affecting the Trick or Treat Achievements for this event. Certain candy buckets in Northrend, once looted, are preventing characters from looting some of the Candy Buckets required for the Trick or Treats of Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor and Outlands. The current way to work around this is to get the candy buckets from Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Outland before doing any in Northrend.

Note, doing the Achievements first will prevent some of the Northrend Candy Buckets from being inter-actable.

We are actively working on a resolution for this and will provide more information when it is available.

At this time please do not submit an in-game ticket about this issue, doing so will not result in a faster resolution as we are still working on the issue and will provide more information when it is available. Thank you.

was just on my last on ein Area 52 and its bugged :(

I didn't know about this, and I did the bucket q in grizzly hills. Now I cant do the q in astranaar.

Naturally, I found out about this bug after going to Area52 and having my last bucket denied... I wants me candies!

Take away the guns, and they'll start making bombs.

It's not fair i have beening doing do this achievement but only astranaar and netherstorm area 52 is not clickable for me Oo.
But what very strange is that my alt mslight, she can well doing the astranaar and get the candies from astranaar and from netherstorm area 52 at sunday.

i hope you fix it soon

My Alliance Xih havn't taken any Northrend Candy yet, and won't take any now thanks to this post.
My Horde Xih have taken candy in Grizzly Hills, and this is pretty much all that stands between her and WALSTIB (What A Long Strange Trip It's Been).

But I'm not worried, I'm sure they fix this soon enough - one way or another.

First Xih got all Seasons but Halloween, going on second Xih now.
Favourite S.A.s thus far: "Fa-la-la-la Ogri'la" & Shake your Bunnymaker
Happy that BeMine & BotY got changed.

Hmm, odd, while Area 52 is fine for me, it's Zabra'jin that's bugged for me!

Its possible that the Dalaran inn buckets for Horde and Alliance "link" to Zabra'jin and Area 52 respectively, since they seem to be the most commonly bugged.

I just need Area 52 now.
And I thought I'd never have to go to Outland again ¬.¬ : (.

The real issue with hallow's end isnt this, the real issue is the randomness of sinister calling,

Atleast this will be solved, people can just run/fly around and get it done...

Vive, I totaly agree. Atleast this is not based on randomness and you might end up with 1-2 items from
a boss kill not achieved...if really unlucky you'll need to wait another year. I want this achievement on
my other 80's but I can forget about that since I have to focus on 1 char and hope I'm lucky with
that one. I prob woulnd't be so upset if we could get this done through the year..but NO, we have a
short limited amount of time. If blizzard wants to fix this hallows end issue with rare items from a boss,
they have to do it now...not after its over and thousands of players need to wait another year.

Yeah! My Horde Xih hasn't been to outland yet, but she have the Zabra'jin marked on the achievement list, surely from using that bucket in Dalaran.

Yeah, please remove 'Sinister Calling' achievement, I'd do kamikaze if I won't get the pet - it's the last achievement for my 310% mount! :(

Meh mine are in shatt city & shadowmoon valley thats all i need now to finish the whole achievement.

It's bloody annoying that this has happened!!!
