The message - The Ice Stone has Melted -

Did we ever find out what that was or what its related to?

I hunted on google but only found links from feb when it was all happening, but nothing since bar krissani's sig which does(or did till latly) still say its melted.

Just interested on a random thought.

Cheers

It was all about Lord Ahune in the Slave Pens and the Midsummer event.

Ahune was the Midsummer event boss, and when summoned a message would appear in your chat log saying that the Ice Stone had melted. :)

If I recall right, I saw the message somewhere around the "Love is in the Air"-event. For all this time, I've thought it was somehow related to it, but it seems no now.

Q u o t e:
was the worldwide message random, or were people actually engaging Ahune at the moment?

I thought it had not started yet.
It was supposed to be a local message within the instance the boss was engaged in, when the message was worldwide I believe it was winter, and the midsummer event was two seasons away, give or take. :)

I don't recall what triggered it now... but it was indeed a bug.

Lol yeah, it was a bug, but still funny at some points

I don't know if this might get me in trouble or not, but your signature....rocks!

"Suddenly my heart screamed STOP! and my leg froze in mid air. My heart slammed in my throat, the next few seconds took forever"

And off course:

"Ladies and gentlemen, we understand that you have come tonight to bear witness to the sound of drum 'n bass, we regret to announce that this is not the case..."

They were very good at a live festival I went to last summer :)

Try going into the Armory and searching for Kungen, rather than headbutting your keyboard whilst yelling "were r teh Kungen gone too lolZ??!?" as I presume you were doing.
