I've seen several incredibly !@*% enhancement shamans at a fairly high rating. I even watched some enhancement shaman streams last season, one at 2.2k who didnt even use totems, for example.

tbf fair to the AV loving old schooling ele shaman above anything seems hard when you have 2 damaging spells.

There is no both, and yet one cannot be considered without the other. The problem is that its really hard to quantify "hardest class" its possible to say some classes are hard and some classes are easy, but for example some people would say its hard to play a balance druid, i would say its not hard its just that the spec itself is weak, this means the correct sentence is "its hard to play a balance druid at a high level when compared to the difficulty required to play other specs at the same level". This however is not a good definition of saying "hardest or easiest to play" as really all it says is "balance druids are weaker than most other specs".
I have no doubt there are a lot of people who would think hunter or mage but everyone's opinions are biased and personally i would not pass judgment unless i played all the classes i was making a judgment on AT AN EQUAL LEVEL. If the best mage in the world walks in and says that based on his experience at i duno 2k rated resto druids are easier to play than mages.....this again is not a good representation as it is harder to play any given class/spec the higher rating you play at, this should be obvious as it is clearly harder to play anything at 2k than it is to play the same thing at 1.8k. Thus i doubt there is anyone in the world who can give you a good answer to your question, all we can say is that some classes are "more powerful at a given level of skill" and by this i mean if a balance druid and a frost mage are equally skilled the mage will be higher rated, again....not really an answer but it is the best you can ever get.

in PvP anything is hard to play at higher levels regardless or class or spec i dont know how anyone can say one thing is harder than something else since its situational
