Cant loot candy bucket at Area 52 with my...rogue lvl 80??? So this also mean he cant finish the achievement, its the last place in outland. Dont think he ever did any quests there... Could it be that he need to do quests in Netherstorm there before looting the candy bucket???? He could loot the candy bucket in Stormspire although he had never been there before... What's up with this weirdy thing "non-lootable candy bucket"??? My other char (different account) had no problem looting that candy bucket... BLIZZARD WHAT'S UP WITH THIS????

There are a few reports of this issue over at the In-Game Customer Support forum.

The solution however, is to open an in game ticket. The GM will be able to reset the candy bucket for you so you can complete the achievement/quest.
