Okay since people is not Looking for FAQ before asking question i would like to make a small summary of them


1. Deleting Character will not allow another copy for you.

2. Premade characters are currently unavailable (they may be added soon) Also if you wish to test the realm just download the client and login and create lvl 1 character.

3. the commong ammount of characters that can be copied to PTR is currently 4 of your own or 4 premades.

4. How to report bugs? if you find any bug ingame you can report it to this forums OR in game by Clickking the blue B on your minimap. Suggestions can be made by same way.

10. How to acess into charcter copy or download link for PTR? No worries. go to: http://www.wow-europe.com/ptr/

11. If you copied your premades/characters to the wrong realm you cannot re-copy them to a right realm.

12. You cant log-in? Okay First off. Go to video settings and choose the lowest CPU settings that you can get for Best preformance. If that does not help try to Disable your addons. If this fails too, then there is global error OR your network is in too heavy use..

13. Everything is too slow? like creating account or Log-in? That means the PTR log-in server is in great use and you will have to wait.. Since 3.1.0 when i created new charcter i had to wait about 10 mins for creating one and next 15 mins for first log-in with it And 3 mins for Login to realm select.

14. Do you keep disconnecting? As i said before your internet may be in great use or Then there are currently just too much players.

15. Blizzard does not answer to your posts or help requests in forums? you should wait becouse youre not only one..

16. HOW TO ADD ADDONS? Okay its very easy.. you download one or more addon(s) from curse.com
Then you drag them to Your WoW PTR folder.. in deafult at vista it should be
C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft Public Test\Interface\Addons
Next thing you do is log in and Enable out of date addons at addon selection that is found at character selection

17. You cant open PTR from WoW launcher..? Then try to go your PTR folder and choose WoW.exe

18. You cant login You get message "Inviald username or password?" Since PTR Comes after Real WoW Blizzard does not use fresh data and if you have changed Your password like 1 week or less later try to use your OLDER password to login. (this does not allways help but its worth of a try)

19. Messages "World server down" or "login server down" Means THE PTR SERVER IS CURRENTLY DOWN.

1. You cannot connect? or you keep getting Error messages while log-in? Such as "wrong verson" or something? Then make sure you have Deleted old PTR data from older testing ages.
2. do you have US client and you are a bit confused? Okay.. Open your realmlist.wtf as notepad after you have installed the PTR and make sure you have following text on your realmlist

set realmlist beta.eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal public-test

If not.. copy and paste this one since you are Europe tester and you use europe account


3. Are you having way too big ping? Well since i cant see your internet speed i could give you a litle tips to decerase your ping..

Try to put your visual settings to minium. And close all applictions such as internet explorer firefox or messinger and facebook and steam to improve your connection and to recude the data that is moving all the time.. Making visuals to minium may improve your connection becouse WoW is not sending so much data than at high settings. and make also sure noone is using your internet for other things if you have slow internet


4. If you are downloading Via torrent something such as Real wow patch or other things when you are playing and you find that you have too big ping, you should put your upload speed into 1KB/s or smaller to recude your lag..
