I think it only really applies to people levelling up who have achieved the correct level for that spell rank. It's not intended to be used for downranking at 80.

Vanish: For the first second after this ability is used, neither Vanish nor Stealth can be broken by taking damage or being the victim of a hostile spell or ability.
thats rubbish, 1 second of immunity? it should be .5 of a second, now we have to wait to aoe rogues out of stealth?
we dont need a full second, our beef has always been the *next attack* i.e. hunter with just autoshot on knocking us out of stealth, or the pet following us past vanish,
if you want to make the rogue class more casual, plz half the costs of poisons as its pissing me off.
