For a long time I've been plotting to dig a tunnel that would connect Molten Core with Goldshire, but no, Ragnaros has to erupt in Hyjal, as far from Goldshire as can be. I guess he's afraid to lose his sanity too.

Well, with Azshara becoming a new low-level area for Goblins, I do see a fair chance of the Crossroads being destroyed... After all, two areas with the same level requirements so close to eachother isn't something common.
Plus, the Horde is getting Ashenvale, so it'd be fair if the Alliance gets the northern part of the Barrens!

alliance are a faction in conflict, they tastes succes for so long. they are survivors. not settlers.

The horde however, WERE a factuion of refugees. though .. seems garrosh is making the new horde .. to something way different, the horde will be even more aggresive then they were. i smell the 4th war?

I loved levelling in Crossroads. The quests all follow a nice route, everythings together for you, and if you just do the raptor heads quest whilst doing other quests, theres no mob hunting. The travel distance could be a pain I guess but I don't really notice it. It is only when you get into the southern barrens quests that it starts to bug me but we know that is getting nuked and become a level 80+ zone anyway.

I personally think crossroads should be split in two, a big crack down the middle with a crappy little rope bridge over a pit of lava in in the middle...yes.
