Dominium is currently looking for additional players that are eager to tackle the Hard Mode encounters that Ulduar and Trial of the Crusader has to offer. We are currently working on Anub'arak heroic, Yogg-Saron +1 and Algalon. We are looking for players of the following classes:
2 x melee dps/dps warrior with reasonable tanking gear and 1 ret pala
1 x tank / any class
Dominium is a guild with the goal of raiding top end content in a small, friendly, and mature environment. Because of this - we recruit only full-time raiders and expect applicants not only to be familiar with their class but it is equally important that they are mature players with the ability to control their temper. We do not look well upon childish behaviour, although that does not mean we do not have trolls of our own.
Being a guild with a small roster size (Average 32-35 people) , all members are expected to maintain a high level of attendance. 100% attendance is not a requirement - but at least 70% is expected. Exceptions can and have been made, but they will need to be well motivated.

About Dominium:
We have currently cleared all hard modes in Ulduar except Yogg-saron +1 and Algalon. Within 10 man Ulduar the only hard mode remaining is Algalon. In Toc 10man heroic we have cleared it with no wipes. Dominium has been the leading alliance guild of Dragonmaw since Felmyst. This has been achieved by focusing on quality rather than quantity of raids.
Dominium is a guild that has existed on Dragonmaw for over 2 years. Born after splitting from a previous guild, we sought to take raiding much more seriously than they did. Dominium progressed rapidly through all Tier 4 and Tier 5 content. Upon killing Archimonde - Dominium became the leading Alliance guild of Dragonmaw. Mere weeks later, Illidan was defeated and the game at the time had been 'beat'. Finally with the release of Sunwell - Dominium progressed all the way up to Mu'ru (pre 3.0), becoming the leading realm guild after the defeat of Felmyst.
Raiding times are between 20:00 (CET) and 24:00 (CET), on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Raids composition is decided 24 hours before the raid itself takes place. As such, all members and trialists are expected to sign on the website planner whether or not they are able to attend the raid at least 24 hours before the raid takes place.
Dominium does not accept any alts on official 25 man content. However this does not apply to of non-official raids, which includes all 10 mans and 25 mans not on official raid days. Alt runs in Trial of the Crusader will soon start too. We also permit everyone to participate in any non-Dominium raid that do not take place in Ulduar or ToC 25 man, as long as it is not during scheduled raid times.
Public applications are made using our websites application system:

Private Applications are made by sending a Forum PM to one of the Dominium officers. Please note that while all officers will be given a copy of the application, members are only given a chance to look at the application first when the applicant has been accepted for trial. The application is never revealed to the general public.
Private applications require the applicant to register an account on our website, which can be done here;

Once a player has been accepted for trial, the trialist will be given some time to demonstrate his or her prowess to the guild. A hidden topic will be created for the purpose of full members to share their thoughts of the player with the rest of the guild. Note that this process can usually take a week or two.
During the state of trial membership, the trialist will earn DKP like all other members. While trialists are allowed to bid on items, any member bidding on an item for their primary spec will be given priority. It is worth to note that trial members have priority over full-members secondary specs. (Main > Trial > Offspec)
