0. Chug and Chuck! bugged on Karazhan server 20/09/2009 10:51:51 PDT
It is literally impossible to get a hit with the mug on the S.T.O.U.T, it just doesn't get recorded, please Blizzard take fast action beacause this is the pre-req for a daily one and people are losing tokens per day, not to mention it also counts towards achievement!

Same situation on Zenedar and many other realms, I suppose.
You can complete the quest by standing on top of the little robot when throwing your mug.

This happened for me also, but re-logging my character helped tenfold. After logging out and back in again right away, I was able to throw the samplers at S.T.O.U.T no problem.

It isint actually bugged.... after spending 10mins frustrated I actually realised the Mug thrown and the movement of the robot are related :)
If u are having trouble I suggest you carefully watch your mug throwing and you will soon see a pattern... if not well then u dont deserve to hit him :D

Bit surprised if this is the solution, as from what I see, it is server-wide. Some times the mug thrown only hit a possible target in melee range. Quite annoying when you try to beat the invasion. And the strangest thing is, that it changes quite frequent. I've seen several invasions where some where impossible because of the bug, and some the mug throwing worked just fine.

It seems we have been talking about different issues. The one you describe should be remedied as of now. :)

Nah!! I just threw mine as soon as they were available and I hit everytime without even seeing where the robots were
