I never get heals :(

if im very lucky i find a dps that realises that they are being healed

dps turns to look
dps peels attackers from me
we both survive
i /hug dps
we then proceed to stay alive for the rest of the BG as a pair

dps that are aware of their surroundings and look after a healer are just as rare as a healer that actually heals in bg's

Thank you. I always heal in BGs, but it's the most fun if I find a DPS, or a few of them, in whose pockets I can live. :) Heals don't win games, the combination of them with damage, though, is what makes the difference.

On the weekend I had an awesome AV where I stuck to a warrior and a paladin, and as a team (perfectly random) we killed waves of opponents. That was also the game where we won AV with 25 vs 40. No pre-made or anything, just people who actually played together.

I love healing in BGs and find it quite rewarding.

Yup, I like it when healers heal.

On another more pressing point. Opposition healers can out heal my damage, out regen my mana drain yet they can still kill me? Does not compute.

If they are better geared than you, then yes. You are not supposed to win against a healer 1vs1, let alone one who has better gear. We covered this before, twice. :P My hunter can solo most BG healers, and he's only got Ulduar 10 and ToC stuff. (Not using PvP gear in BGs, with my hunter, because it lowers your AP way too much.)

If you're one of those dpsers who also stun / root / kill the rogue that hops out of stealth behind my priest to try killing me, then why, no problem. I love to keep people like you alive!

I love to enter a BG and really feel like I'm making a difference. Like when we're outnumbered and yet cap that flag in AB or defend it for that matter.
