“The Miss Azeroth Contest”
Organised by Miss Saranini & the Citizens Gazette
With the help from several guilds from all over Azeroth
Do you think you are pretty enough to become this year’s Miss Azeroth? Then apply TODAY!
To enter the contest, please send a letter to the Citizens Gazette, stating your name, race and hometown.
For our Alliance readers please send your letter to miss Irinah – Stormwind. For our Horde readers, please send your letter to mister Siegfried Von Schmerz – Brill.
A miss will be chosen from each different race and city, all misses will compete in a final to decide who will be Miss Azeroth 2010 Alliance and Miss Azeroth 2010 Horde!
Because we believe that beauty comes in all ages, shapes, colors and sizes, The Miss Azeroth Contest is open for participation for all ages, races, and religions, and does not have any size requirements.
Applications are accepted until end of September. Four ladies from each race may compete. In the case of more then 4 ladies from a single race entering the competition, a pre-selection will be made.
The decision of the Judges is always final.
If you enter the contest, you agree to being interviewed and having your picture put in the Gazette.

Then be sure to pack your prettiest dress, practice your skills and learn your history! For you will have to prove that YOU are worthy of being Miss Azeroth 2010!
The first competition will take place end of September. Which race/city will be the first will be announced shortly!

First of all, the Miss Azeroth competition is NOT a beauty pageant. The misses will be asked to show what they know about their race by skill, history and so on. There will be no swimsuit round. The questions asked will NOT be “what do you wish for” – “World peace”
That said, here you will find more information!
There will be a contest for each race, both Horde and Alliance. Each faction will have a final round where all the chosen misses compete for the title of Miss Azerot (faction).
This year, some of the competitions will be organized by other guilds. The format for every show will be the same however.
Round one: Introduction. Tell us a bit about yourself
Round two: Show us what your race is about. Show us about your race and why you are proud to be a member of it. You can do this by showing us a skill, a traditional dish, a well known history, a certain tradition – up to you to choose!
Round three: Dress round. Show us your favorite dress or outfit and tell us why this is special to you!
Round four: Question. The judges will ask you a question.
To participate: Please reply on this forum and send an ingame letter to Irinah (Alliance) or Vonschmerz (Horde).
Every contest has room for 4 misses. In the case of more then 4 applying, a pre-selection will be held.
The contests will start end of September. The order will be decided once the registrations are getting filled out.
We are also looking for judges, an assistant for the misses, catering during the contests and guilds that want to organize one of the contests for their race!
The contests will normally take place during weekends. This can be Friday, Saturday or Sunday, depending on when is possible for the people organising it!
As the misses will be chosen end of 2009, the winners will be miss for the next year - 2010!
