Since we have had it for a very, very long time now and it's active 24/7 (2 hours queue into Deadmines around 02:00 - 04:00 on an ordinary workday is just *@!#ed up). Can take you upto 1,5h to enter an Northrend HC during peaktime and impossibel to enter non-northrend instances.

We pay to play this game, atleast I do and when I can't PvE that concept kinda fails now doesn't it? I pay to queue at the moment I would say. So blizzard, please consider to atleast add on month of free subscription for the Frostmane players (I know many others have the same problem but can't point out specific realms) to compensate our lost game play.

Sorry for bad english/grammar but since english isn't my mother tounge, you can't demand it to be top notch.

Your English is fine, no need to apologise. As for refunds, I agree, especially considering farming old world content is definitely a huge part of why I play this game. I'm not, however, holding my breath.

It's shameful, but I really don't expect them to do anything about it, especially considering the problem has been getting worse and worse and WORSE for a year or more.

Spend less time whining and more time researching and you'd find out that they are actually doing something about it. However its not an issue that can be solved overnight, it requires huge changes within the servers themselves.

Specifically, the changes required are to link all instance servers together in a battlegroup: This causes the load to be spread amongst a higher amount of servers, so that the high population servers are effectively using the instance servers from low population servers. It's also why it'll allow them to introduce cross-realm LFG in 3.3.

I was watching the live stream and following the Q&A avidly. What I answered was the OP's question regardning REFUNDS... not whether they were actually DOING something about the problem (which frankly, including re-optimisation and implementation of global LFG is too little too late).

Erm, a MONTH free time? You would be hard pressed to get a day, let alone more. Not being able to instance does not stop you from playing the game as there are plenty of other things out there to do, and as such, Blizz owes you nothing as you are still able to play their product, no matter how inconvenient it is

You just lost any credibility from that statement alone.

Face up to the facts people, Blizzard knows about the problem, Blizzard are fixing it within a month - according to Blizzcon. Best find something else to do until that point unless you are prepared to wait.

Wrong. When pinned to the wall during the Q&A Metzen said the global LFG and re-optimisation fix would be implemented within monthS, but as soon as possible. Every other time it was brought up from the twitter question feed or any Q&A they refused to answer. Corporate plausible deniability and CYA. You better believe every single person with any microphone in front of their face in any capacity all weekend was DRILLED on NOT giving ANY sort of concrete quotable reference point in terms of when/how it would be fixed.

EVERY other time it was brought up the answer was 'we know about it, we're fixing it.. LOOK KIDS, OZZY!!!!11!'

You seem to totally ignore the fact that 3 Battlegroups have been fixed, and no longer have the problem, and the others are being upgraded each week during maintenance.

EDIT:
You have no rights to a refund, at all. You pay for access to the server you play on, not the instances. You have this access.

Dude it wasn't a statement, it was a suggestion or maybe more a plea since we pay for a game that doesn't work at the moment and haven't done it for quite a few months and will continue not to work properly. A month? That's nothing compared to what I've spent without being able to play this game properly as I mentioned. Heck, I would be glad to get one day, but a month (12€) is more valid in my opinion that's why I wrote it, it's not a demand as people here want to make it.

Oh, for the trolls here trying to flame me, create a character on Frostmane, form a party for RFC/WC or DM and see how funny it is to queue for 3 - 4h and still not being able to enter and then tell me you can play this game properly or level to 80 and feel the queue (if you even are able to exit-enter the instance due to world PvP and ganking from both sides) for like an hour to daily HC.

As I stated in my previous post I don't demand refund, I merley asked for them to consider it. Huge diffrence from my point of view.

Totally ignore that 3 BGs have been fixed? No, but I can't see how it will help ous without a fix for the coming months until patch 3.3 comes live.

We're actually deep into implementing optimisations across all realms due to this instance capacity message. For those realms we have already done these modifications on, people report the message is rarely ever seen, if at all. We realise being unable to access raids and dungeons isn't at all fun and that is why we are working hard at solving this issue.
