I'd expect it "soon". Didn't they do two last week? Honestly I wouldn't get excited, expect half of it to be meaningless spiel about what the class originally was, and what it is now. I assume some token question about a useless talent, perhaps lightwell, will be in there along with a "looking at options for lightwell that could include ____".
Honestly, I'm not hating. We can't expect them to be laying out the future class blueprint. But I think people got excited when one of the Q&As revealed major changes (Shaman - new Totem System) and thought similiar stuff to their classes would follow. Instead, some of them have been kinda pointless.
I'm not expecting anything, just a notion on haste scaling would satisfy me I guess. The questions they choose to answer will probably be the most pointless ones (holy dps >.< ) like the ones they answered in that unofficial shadowpriest Q&A.
If the US site is correct Priest Q&A coming this week.

Rogues got theirs so priests should get their own in a day or too also. Looking forward to it. Priests are an interesting class. Thinking of leveling one myself.
