On attaining the flight form spell, Druids will get riding skill 225 (normal flying mount) for free.

8. PvP

8.1Q Where's the Arena PvP gear vendor?
8.1A You can find him at “Area 52” in “Netherstorm“. He is called “Vixton Pinchwhistle”.

8.2Q Where's the Eye of the Storm PvP gear vendor?
8.2A There is none. You can however spend the tokens in the “Hall of Legends” or “Champions' Hall “.

8.3Q What is the outdoor PvP objective in Hellfire Peninsula? And what will I get once I completed the objective?
8.3A Hellfire Peninsula PvP objective is about to capture 3 nodes called “The Stadium”, “The Overlook” & “The Broken Hill”. The more people are within the area (PVP-enabled), the faster you will capture the node. Once you captured all 3 nodes, your faction will get an area buff called “Hellfire Superiority”. It gives you “Increases damage dealt by 5%”. You can counterattack it by having more people in the same area and try to kill the opposite faction.
    8.3N Official guide: http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/worldpvp/outland.html

8.4Q What is the outdoor PvP objective in Zangarmarsh? And what will I get once I completed the objective?
8.4A Zangarmarsh PvP objective is two spires in the centre. The more people are within the area (PVP-enabled), the faster you will capture the node. Getting one tower gives you a +5% damage buff called "Blessing of the twin towers", getting both gives you a similarly named buff that gives you +10% damage and gives a neutral graveyard to your faction. You can counterattack it by having more people in the same area and try to kill the opposite faction.
    8.4N Official guide: http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/worldpvp/outland.html

8.5Q What is the outdoor PvP objective in Nagrand? And what will I get once I completed the objective?
8.5A Nagrand PvP objective is about to capture a town in the middle of Nagrand called “Halaa”. To capture the town you first need to eliminate all guards in the town (assuming it’s already captured). You can do this by capturing a Wyvern nest (just right click to capture and wait till the cast is done). You will find a nest near each bridge connected to Halaa. Once you captured a nest, you can fly on a pre-made path. If you are in the air, you will gain bombs called “Fire Bomb”. Throw them down on your enemies, they will do a lot of damage. If you eliminated all guards, it’s time to invade. From here on, it’s similar to all outdoor PvP, just stand there and wait for the meter to reach your side. Once you captured the town, you will unlock the PvP-vendor of Halaa and also gain a buff called “Strength of the Halaani”. The buff gives you “Increases damage dealt by 5%”. Last but not least, guards will spawn protecting the town from your opposite faction.
    8.5N Official guide: http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/worldpvp/outland.html

8.6Q What is the outdoor PvP objective in Terokkar Forest? And what will I get once I completed the objective?
8.6A Terokkar Forest PvP objective is about to capture 5 towers in the middle of Terokkar Forest called “Bone Wastes”. It’s similar to all outdoor PvP, just stand there and wait for the meter to reach your side. Once the towers are captured, they remain captured by the faction that controls them for 6 hours, at which point they become neutral and captureable again. If the faction controls them, you will get a buff called “Blessing of Auchindoun”. It gives you 5 % extra damage, 5 % extra experience and you can collect spirit shards. Spirit shards drop from bosses in the Auchindoun Instances. The spirit shards can be used to buy items at a special vendor. The Alliance vendor can be found in Allerian Stronghold and the Horde in Stonebreaker Hold.
    8.6N Official guide: http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/worldpvp/outland.html

8.7Q Is Outland PvP-enabled on PvE-realms? If not, how do I participate in outdoor PvP?
8.7A Outland will not be PvP-enabled. However, if you wish to participate in outdoor PvP then you must turn on PvP (/pvp or attack somebody PvP-enabled).

8.8Q Do I get something for doing outdoor PvP (besides the buff and honour)? If so, where do I deliver that what I get and what can I do with it?
8.8A You will get 2 sorts of tokens depending on where you are. If you are doing the Nagrand outdoor PvP (Halaa) you will get “Halaa Battle Token”. For the other outdoor PvPs you will get “Mark of Honor Hold”. The Halaa tokens can be delivered in Halaa for PvP-items. The Other marks can be delivered in various places (Honor Hold and Zangarmarsh for example), also for PvP-items.

8.9Q What is the acronym used for Eye of the Storm? What level range does it have? What party/raid-size? What is the objective? What tokens does this battleground use?
8.9A The acronym used is EOTS. It’s a L61-70 battleground. The size is 15vs15. The objective is to reach 2000 points. You can gain points by capturing the towers, which rewards your faction 1 point each 2 second. The more towers you have, the faster you gain points. Additionally, you can capture the flag and bring it to one of your controlled towers. It will award your faction with 100 points. Like in Arathi Basin, each captured tower unlocks it’s own graveyard. You can capture a tower by standing in the tower and let the meter go your faction. The more of the meter is on your side, the longer it will take the opposite faction to regain it. The tokens are called “Eye of the Storm Mark of Honor”.

8.10Q What is the new Alterac Valley level range? What about Warsong Gulch & Arathi Basin?
    8.10A
    - The new level range for AV is L61-70 (in addition to the old 51-60 level range)
    - The new level range for WSG is L60-69 + L70
    - The new level range for AB is L60-69 + L70
8.10N Please note, that after the launch of TBC, a feature called “Matching System” will be implemented. Meaning that you will be matched with people equally geared. So there’s less chance you will see a fight between L60 and L69.

8.11Q Where can I find the Arena Promoter to make an Arena team?
8.11A You can find one of them near the “Ring of Trials” in “Nagrand”. He is called “"King" Dond”. There is also a promoter in “Gadgetzan” in “Tanaris” called “Bip Nigstrom”

8.12Q Are there any PvP free for all areas? (Even on PvE)
8.12A Yes, the “Ring of Trials” in “Nagrand” is a PvP free for all area.

8.13Q When I join 3 arena teams (2vs2, 3vs3 & 5vs5), which team will award me Arena points?
8.13A The one with the highest rating.

10.15Q How do I socket a gem?
10.15A To be able to socket a gem into a gear you first need a item that can hold gems. Once you got an item, you Shift+Right click on the item. A new screen will pop up with the items stats. Now drag a gem too one of the open socket. Once you are satisfied with the setup, you can click on “Socket Gems”.

10.16Q How do socketed gems work?
10.16A In the item you will see a greyed out text. For example “Socket bonus: +3 intellect”. Open the socketed user interface (Shift+Right click on the item). You will now see the sockets have a coloured border. The gems have to match the coloured border if you wish to get the socket bonus. You can see the colour of the gems by reading the small subtext in the item description. For example you have 3 gems, two red and one purple (but reads counts as red and blue). You need two red and one blue for the socket bonus. With this setup you will get the bonus.
10.16N Take your time, you can just try out the gems in various setups. The gems won’t be placed until you press on the button “Socket Gems”. Feel free to test it out here: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/burningcrusade/townhall/jewelcrafting.html

10.17Q Can I replace existing socketed gems?
10.17A Yes you can. However once you want to replace a gem, you will lose the current socketed gem.

10.18Q What can the new Engineering bag hold? And what about the Mining bag?
10.18A The Engineering bag can hold Engineering reagents and also various gadgets/items (as long if it has the tag “Requires: Engineering (???)”).
The Mining bag can hold Ores and Bars.

11. Blood Elves

11.1Q Who is the Blood Elf racial leader?
    11.1A Lor'themar Theron

11.2Q What are the Blood Elf racial spells?
    11.2A
    - Passive: Arcane Affinity – Enchanting skill increased by 10.
    - Passive: Magic Resistance - All resistances increased by 5.
    - Ability: Arcane Torrent - Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 10 Energy/Mana for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you.
    - Ability: Mana Tap - Reduces target's mana by 50 and charges you with Arcane energy for 10 min. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
    - Priest: Consume Magic - Dispels one beneficial Magic effect from the caster and gives them 120 to 154 mana.
11.2N Arcane Torrent & Mana Tap gain +1 mana each time you level up. Consume Magic scale each time you level up.
    Official guide: http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/races/bloodelves.html

11.3Q How does Arcane Torrent/Mana Tap work?
11.3A You need to have an opponent that used mana. You click Mana Tap, and it will steal mana from the opponent. This will give you a buff called “Mana Tap” for 10 minutes. You can Mana Tap three times. After the fourth time, the buff-timer will revert to 10 minutes. Now once you activate Arcane Torrent, it will silence the opponent and give you some mana back. Arcane Torrent can be activated at all times, even without Mana Tap buff - but without the buff, you will not gain any mana.

11.4Q How do I reach the Tirisfal Glades (Undead-area) when I am a low level Blood Elf?
11.4A In Sunfury Spire at Silvermoon city is a magic object in the back of the room. Click it and you will be transported too Tirisfal Glades. Once you are in Tirisfal Glades, there is a NPC standing ready to take you back.

11.5Q What are the level ranges of the new Blood Elf’s zones?
    11.5A
    L1-10: Eversong Woods

Q u o t e:
very nice guide, though some answers are missing (work in progress?) and reverted = revered

i'll delete this post once you fix the typos :P

Hence the PREVIEW ;-)
Read what I wrote ;-)

So yes, it's WIP :-)

Will fix the typo. Cheers

Q u o t e:
The CoT Hyjal info is not entirely correct - after you complete the Dark Portal instance you will first need to do a quest that involves killing both Lady Vashj and Prince Kael'Thas. There might be more to it, but as these two havent been killed in beta yet we don't know atm.

Will adjust it. Cheers

Zangarmarsh PvP objective is two spires in the center. Getting one tower gives you a +5% damage buff called "Blessing of the twin towers", getting both gives you a similarly named buff that gives you +10% damage and gives a neutral graveyard to your faction. This can be very handy as the GY is just south of Coilfang so you can avoid a long, ardorous trip from the Cenarion refuge after a wipe if you don't have a soulstone.

Oh, and you might add that Kargath Bladefist is the final boss of Shattered Halls under the famous heroes section.

Nice guide, hope it will help people who are searching for answers :)
